RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is Your Return Policy?

We would be happy to return or exchange your purchase from us depending on your order.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be sent back to us in the original condition, unworn, with all original packaging.

Returns are not free and we do advise customers to use a tracked service. We are unable to accept returns that are lost - using a tracked service will provide insurance with the courier.

How Do I Process a Return?

To process a return, please contact info@seatdripco.au

In your email please include:
- Your Order Number
- Reason for Return

Our team will then advise our returns address and instructions. You will be asked to arrange shipment back to us within 7 days of email communication.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to us.

We will not be liable for items damaged or lost in transit - we suggest using tracked shipping service with signature upon delivery.

Once we have received your return, you will be issued with an exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.
