How to I install the seat cover on a DiroDi PRO?

The DiroDi Pro uses a lift-and-latch seat mechanism. Because our seat covers add a few extra millimetres of thickness, the seat may not fully close or latch properly once installed.

Locate the 2 rear bolts underneath the seat (near the latch area).
Remove the nuts, along with the locking bracket and original washer.

Reinstall components in this order:
Place original washer onto each bolt
Place 2 x M10 new washers onto each bolt (these act as spacers).
Locking bracket
Nut
Tighten both nuts securely

This adjustment creates the extra clearance needed for the latch to engage properly, ensuring the seat closes and locks as intended.

Why is my seat cover wrinkled and how do I fix it?

It’s completely normal for your seat cover to have some wrinkles when first installed. Our covers are designed to stretch and form to your seat over time.

Once the cover has been properly stretched and installed according to the instructions, the wrinkles will naturally settle out with normal use. Exposure to direct sunlight helps the material relax and conform to the shape of your seat.

After a short period of riding and sun exposure, the wrinkles will smooth out on their own.

⚠️ Important:

Do not iron the seat cover or apply direct heat, as this can damage the material.

If you’ve installed the cover correctly, just ride and let time and sunlight do the rest.

What materials are used in your seat covers?

Our seat covers are made from premium 2mm neoprene SBR with a polyester-laminated finish - built for durability, water-proof, and all-day comfort. Plus, they keep your bum from burning in the harsh Aussie sun!

Are the seat covers waterproof?

Absolutely! Our Seat Drip Co. covers are waterproof, so your seat stays completely dry no matter the weather. The inner layer is 2mm neoprene SBR, giving you extra cushioning, comfort, and protection while keeping your ride fresh and ready for anything.

How do I clean my seat cover?

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap if required. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
