HOW TO INSTALL YOUR REMOVABLE SEAT COVER ON A DIRODI PRO

What You’ll Need:

Seat Drip Co. seat cover

10mm Spanner to remove the nuts from the 2 rear bolts

4 x M10 washers (Included)

Your e-bike seat

A soft cloth (optional, for cleaning)

Step 1: Clean the Seat

Before installing the cover, give your seat a quick clean to remove any dirt or dust. Use a soft cloth to wipe down the surface, ensuring a smooth and clean base for the cover. This step is optional but recommended for the best fit and longevity.

Step 2: Unlatch & Lift Your Seat

Step 3: Stretch the Cover Over the Seat

Take your Seat Drip Co. cover and stretch it gently over the seat. Start by aligning the back edge of the cover with the back of your seat, then slowly work your way toward the front. Make sure the cover is evenly positioned on both sides of the seat.

Step 4: Secure the Cover

Your cover will have a tightening cord which should always be installed at the back of the seat with straps and clips to secure it in place.

Clips: Fasten them tightly to the underside of the seat and clip together to keep the cover snug. You can adjust the straps further, for a more secure fit.

Tightening cord: Pull the cord tight for a secure fit.

Step 5: Adjust for Comfort and Fit

Once the cover is secured, adjust the fabric so it sits neatly and comfortably around the seat. You should have a smooth, even surface with no wrinkles or sagging areas.

Step 6: Install the Provided Washers

Locate the 2 rear bolts underneath the seat (near the latch area).
Remove the nuts, along with the locking bracket and original washer.

Reinstall components in this order:
Place original washer onto each bolt
Place 2 x M10 new washers onto each bolt (these act as spacers).
Locking bracket
Nut
Tighten both nuts securely

This adjustment creates the extra clearance needed for the latch to engage properly, ensuring the seat closes and locks as intended.

Tip: Refer to the images provided for correct positioning.

Step 7: Close the Seat

Simply close you seat and ensure it locks back into the latch correctly

And that's it! Now you’re ready to ride in style with your new Seat Drip Co. cover. Let us know if you have any questions or view the images for reference.
